Who doesn’t like free money? Perhaps you have heard of some of these amazing websites, or perhaps you have not. I have used allHow To Get Free money of these sites, so I can vouch for them and confirm that they are legit. The first three also have apps for your convenience.

Ebates

If you shop online and you don’t use Ebates, you are just leaving money on the table. Sign up for this website for free and get a $10 gift card just for signing up, then get cash back on all of your qualifying online purchases from Amazon, Walmart, GoDaddy, and over 2,500 online retailers. You can also earn $25 referral bonuses just for referring people to the site. I wish I had found this site sooner as my wife and I use Amazon a fair amount. I was excited to get my first rebate even if it was under $5 (free money is free money!) Click here to get signed up for free and earn your $10 gift card.

Robinhood

Robinhood is a no fee stock trading site that will award you a free share of stock just for signing up using this link. I signed up recently to purchase stock in a company that I was interested in, and got a free share in the process. You can sign up to get your free share using this link even if you are not ready to – or don’t want to – trade stocks.

Bumped

This app allows you to earn free company stock as a “cash back” reward for shopping at select brands including Home Depot, Starbucks, Kroger, and many more! It doesn’t get any simpler than this and it’s a great feeling to walk into a store that you frequent knowing that you are a stockholder. When I joined I even got a $10 reward in Red Robin stock, which was a nice unexpected bonus! The only area I feel that I miss out is getting rewards for my groceries because the stock is accrued by using credit or debit cards and my wife and I mostly use cash for grocery store purchases. There is a waiting list for this you that you can sign up for here.

FHA Mortgage Insurance Refund

If you had an FHA loan and it was refinanced into a different type of mortgage or paid off within a certain timeframe, you may be entitled to a refund of your Up Front Mortgage Insurance Premium. You can check this website to see if you are entitled to a refund.

Find Unclaimed Money or Assets

This site, run by the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators, links to all of the state government sites where you can find unclaimed money or assets in your state. When I searched my name, I found a claim, downloaded and completed the form required to claim it, and I am curious to see what becomes of it. I will report back when I have an update. Click here to search for your name and find out if you have any money waiting for you from your state (or a state you have lived in prior.)

Class Action Lawsuits

This is a unique website that gathers information regarding class action lawsuits. You can sign up via email to get notifications of new cases and in some instances, you don’t even need to have proof of purchase to make a claim. I found a few that applied to me and I registered for one of them out of curiosity. I imagine the payout will be $20 or less and I will keep you all posted. For more info, check out Top Class Actions to learn more.

I want to hear some success stories from these sites! Also, if you know of any other “free cash” websites or apps, please let me know in the comments.
